- Delivery Details: Full address and province (Baghdad, Erbil, Basra, etc.).
- Payment Data: We do not store your wallet PINs or card details. All digital payments are handled securely through licensed Iraqi providers.
2. Local Payment Methods (Iraq)
In compliance with the Iraqi Electronic Payment Services Regulation, we offer:
- Digital Wallets: Payments via ZainCash, AsiaHawala, and any other applicable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most Iraqi provinces. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the arrival of the courier.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Local Delivery: We partner with local Iraqi courier services. Your phone number will be shared with the driver specifically to coordinate the "last mile" delivery.
- National Shipping: Orders outside of our home city typically take 3–5 business days.
- Verification: We may call your provided number to confirm the order before dispatching the artwork.
4. Consumer Rights (Iraqi Law No. 1 of 2010)
Under the Iraqi Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Accurate Information: To receive the artwork exactly as described and pictured on our website.
- Receipts: To receive a digital or physical invoice for every purchase.
- Quality Guarantee: If the artwork arrives damaged due to poor packaging, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
